ARTIS-NAPLES

The Artis-Naples formerly the Philharmonic Center for the Arts is a non-profit organization, offering the very best in performing arts.  The Artis-Naples features both visual arts and performing arts in the same complex, there is also a resident orchestra.  There are literally hundreds of events at the center each year in the 1,425 seat main hall, there is also a 282 seat black box theatre plus four museums where you will find showcase exhibitions.

THE VON LIEBIG ART CENTER

At the Von Liebig Art Center, the Naples Art Association hosts festivals of both arts and crafts, mainly during the Naples winter season.  From all over the USA artists apply to participate in their festivals, which showcase high-quality arts, during the many festivals the artists accompany their work, providing you with the opportunity to meet the artist and talk to them about their creations.

Check out the Sugden Community Theatre for a varied show list, talented actors gather together to produce exceptional productions, the theatre is well worth checking out.

 

NAPLES MUSEUM OF ART

Naples Art Museum puts an emphasis on modern and contemporary art, much of the museum reflects the generosity of Southwest Florida.  Designed to delight, inspire and awaken curiosity, the museum is well worth a visit.

 

Throughout the winter 'Season', December to April, there are many art shows and festivals, Naples is known for its culture and the streets downtown have their fair share of unique galleries.   The main Naples Art Show takes place on 5th Avenue, where the streets are closed and lined with booths showing paintings, pottery and crafts, a wonderful way to spend the day.
