Let’s pretend, you have a multi-million dollar home, living in Naples some of you may just be one of the lucky ones that this applies
You have been living there for quite a few years and for one reason or another, now it’s time to sell. What do you do, as a Naples Real Estate Broker, my advice should be, get the best Realtor you can, choose one of the top Real Estate companies in Naples and let them do the work, after all, that’s what they are good at right?
Now, let me put the shoe on the other foot, I have a multi-million dollar client coming in from out of town, I have been talking to them for months, spent hours on the phone getting to know them, sent listings back and forth, exchanged photographs of their current home and really got to know what they like and what they hate, together we have discussed their requirements at great length. I feel I know my clients pretty well, we are on first name terms.
My client is extremely successful at what they do and their time is limited, so they ask that I preview their final choice of homes for them so they can make their trip to Naples short and productive. Sounds very reasonable right?
Well, actually no in some cases apparently it’s not, I am constantly amazed by the response I get from some of the so-called luxury Real Estate agents in Naples who think they are above everyone else.
As a Naples Realtor my number one priority is and always will be my client, be it a buyer or a seller. As a selling agent, I work hard to get the maximum number of qualified buyers to view your home, I am always available as are my agents, it is my duty as a professional to make sure the seller does not miss out on any showings due to my inadequacy.
So when another agent asks to view a property I have for sale to preview it for their client, I show them courtesy and make it happen, because that what I am here to do.
Let's jump back to my multi-million dollar client coming into town intent on buying a home, they give me a list of three homes and ask that I preview them before they come into town, my job to help and guide them in the house buying process and make it as easy as possible.
