Location: - in the peaceful residential neighborhood in SE Cape Coral - Just off Cape Coral Parkway E, where you will find lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. - Easy access to Fort Myers historic downtown, Fort Myers beach, Sanibel & Captiva and beyond. Living area: As you enter the home, you immediately get a sense of peace. You've found your vacation oasis! The living room area has plenty of comfortable seating, a Roku TV with cable and access to all of the popular streaming apps, such a Netflix, Prime video, etc. There is a separate office/den area by the entry way that boasts a desk and chair, as well as additional couch seating containing a full-sized pull-out sofa bed. There are also French doors leading directly out to the patio and pool area. Outside you will find three separate seating areas to enjoy either covered or uncovered to catch those tropical rays, perfect for an afternoon nap or a spot of relaxed reading. Kitchen: Accessed from the living area and dining area, it is fully equipped with all the major appliances, as well as many smaller ones, including a blender for those healthy morning smoothies, and a toaster. There is plenty of dinnerware, silverware and pots and pans to create home cooked meals. The coffee bar should satisfy all coffee lover's needs with a drip coffee pot & hot water kettle and starter amounts of coffee, pods, tea and sugar to get you going in the morning. Dining/games area: Within the open kitchen concept is an area with a dining table for a more formal, larger sit-down meal.
