Bayfront Condos in Naples, Florida, is in a prime position. Someone once told me, a year ago, that the only thing to look for when buying a home is LOCATION, LOCATION LOCATION! Bayfront is located a short walk from Olde Naples, Tin City and all the gourmet restaurants and unique shops that Naples has to offer.
And while I believe that location has a huge influence on where we look for our new homes, it's not all that counts. Bayfront in Naples, Florida, not only has one of the best locations for the price, it has a great rooftop community pool, plus another smaller pool accessed from the west side apartments, tennis courts a fitness center, secure undercover gated parking, with restaurants and shopping right in Bayfront itself, there is also a waterside bar overlooking the docks where you can moor your boat. Tin City is a short walk underneath the Tamiami Trail, there is a bridge with a walkway so there is no need to cross busy roads.
I can really recommend Bayfront in Naples I used to live there, condos with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms are available, overlooking the fountains and courtyard, some along the front have views over the water. Popular with many snowbirds, Bayfront is certainly a great community and one that I would highly recommend. Maybe I am biased, so please, let me know what your opinion of Bayfront is?
