The joys of moving. Finding a great realtor in Naples then viewing homes, finally finding the property of your dreams, and then signing the paperwork.
But what if there was an unexpected hiccup in the proceedings? What if you found the perfect condo on the beach only to discover the HOA doesn't allow for pets! This may seem outlandish to dog lovers like us but this really does happen more often than you would think.
My wife and I love our animals. We have owned many throughout our marriage, and dogs have been an integral part of our family from the start. We could not imagine leaving them behind to move to a new home, it would feel like leaving a child.
We understand how you may feel as a dog owner that is preparing for a move to Naples, FL, we have been there. Fortunately, our shared love for dogs combined with my understanding of the local real estate market means I am in a perfect position to offer a helping hand when trying to find that perfect place to live, for you and the pooch.
Naples is a very dog friendly town and you will often see owners walking the streets of 5th Ave. or 3rd Street with their dog on the leash, or just as often in a bag! Many restaurants and bars either allow dogs inside or have nice outdoor seating areas where your animals are welcome. We have wonderful dog beaches and parks all around the city and the place really is very accommodating when it comes to pet ownership for the most part.
I have taken the time to prepare a section of our website specifically for dog owners who are interested in buying local South West Florida property. It shows everything we have on the market that allows a buyer to move ALL of their family members with them!
