Which Realtor should I choose ?

When you're choosing a realtor to sell your home, it’s common to interview a few realtors from different brokerages, selling your home is a huge decision and not one to be taken lightly.  One thing is for sure, you are going to get lots of differing opinions and each agent is going to have their own way of presenting themselves and your home. So what is the best way to choose that agent to sell your home?  There are many many personalities in this business, from dynamic go-getters, to stay at home moms who like to help people sell their homes.  To be frank a huge part of the decision process comes down to this, do you trust the person you are putting your faith in to sell your property. Also, do you like the person?  You could interview the top salesperson of the century with a 100% rate in selling homes, but if you do not gel with that person, it could make the selling process a little fraught.    One of the main reasons clients choose to interview a few realtors before they make their decision on who to sell with is to make sure that the whole process goes smoothly and pleasantly.  Sellers need to be in agreement with the approach that their chosen Realtor® is planning on taking to sell their home. They need to make sure that the Realtor has the expertise and experience necessary, plus the resources to make their promises happen.  If you find a Realtor that has all of the above, like their ideas and feel that you will get along with them for what could be a significant amount of time, depending upon your property and the market, then the whole selling process will go much more smoothly. I hear time and time again from clients that they cannot get in touch with their Realtor, or I find myself trying to set up showings for homes with Realtors that do not get back to me.  Just think, if you were a buyer trying to view a home but the realtor is not getting back to you, eventually you just move on and look at other homes. Having a good rapport with the person you have chosen to sell what is probably your biggest investment is paramount, make sure you take your time and choose wisely.
