It seems like new developments are really taking off in Naples, the ground has been cleared in Lantana at Olde Cypress, Chiasso at Fiddler's Creek is underway with new models hopefully ready by summer of 2012. Since 2006 new home construction in Naples has slowed down, where we were seeing new homes and developments popping up almost overnight, the choice was overwhelming, For a while it seemed like construction sites produced nothing but grass, but all that has changed, Ole in Lely is busy building its final phase and new homes are also being built at Lakoya at Lely Resort with further development planned once the current neighborhood is built out. If you want to find out about new construction, we can help.

Bayfront Condos in Naples, Florida, is in a prime position.  Someone once told me, a year ago, that the only thing to look for when buying a home is LOCATION, LOCATION LOCATION!  Bayfront is located a short walk from Olde Naples, Tin City and all the gourmet restaurants and unique shops that Naples has to offer.

And while I believe that location has a huge influence on where we look for our new homes, it's not all that counts.  Bayfront in Naples, Florida, not only has one of the best locations for the price, it has a great rooftop community pool, plus another smaller pool accessed from the west side apartments, tennis courts a fitness center, secure undercover gated parking, with restaurants and shopping right in Bayfront itself, there is also a…

The inventory level of available properties in the greater Naples area is the lowest its been in over six years, and no one can predict exactly how tight the market will get. The Naples home price gap between list price and the sales price continues to narrow, indicating that properties are priced accurately for local market conditions. With inventory dwindling, sellers have had more control as they wait for offers nearer to the list price. “The real estate market continues to clear. Prices haven’t done much but inventory is down, and this progress from an economic standpoint,” said Dr. Shelton Weeks, Director of the Lucas Institute for Real Estate Development & Finance at Florida Gulf Coast University.

In Florida keeping horses has, it's own unique challenges, the very south of Florida is actually sub-tropical, which presents it's own set of problems when it comes to keeping horses.    There is a rainy season to contend with, which brings high humidity.  Then during the cooler winter months, in some parts, the temperature can get down to freezing! The ground in Naples is sandy, which means it drains fast unless you are in a wetland.  But it also means that keeping the ground moist enough to grow good quality grass can be challenging.  Not impossible, but you definitely need to prepare before you go out throwing grass seed onto the sand, to watch it being eaten by birds! A sprinkler system will ensure you have an adequate amount of water during the dry…
